Studio Steel XS

Studio Woodburning Range:

Overview:

The Stovax Studio range of freestanding and inset wood burning fires offers exceptional performance and controllability and has been designed to create a striking feature in any living space with enticing widescreen flame visuals complemented by an extensive array of frames and styling options.

Expertly designed with high levels of engineering and technical innovation, the Studio’s clean, contemporary lines complement modern interiors and incorporate Stovax’s technically advanced Cleanburn combustion systems, which provide outstanding flame pictures and superior heating efficiencies. Powerful Airwash systems to help keep the window clean together with the facility for practical options such as fan-assisted convection and multi-space heating.

All Studio stoves are designed for wood burning only. Some of the Studio wood burning fires are suitable for use in Smoke Control Areas, when fitted with the appropriate kit.

Stovax Studio Inset wood burning fires are available in four sizes (Studio 500, 1, 2 and 3), each with a wide variety of frame options. From glass and steel to profil and bauhaus to suit a variety of personal tastes and styles. Alternatively the Studio can be fitted with an Edge kit for a more minimalist ‘clean edge’ appearance. Once installed, Edge kits are flush with the finished wall surface. The Edge + option includes a decorative slim frame that fits over the finished installation opening. The Studio 500 inset has been specifically designed to fit into a standard 22” British fireplace opening without any additional building work.

Similar to the existing Stovax Studio Steel inset wood burning fire, the Ecodesign Studio Steel XS has slimmer proportions and offers a very different look, complementing the Studio’s distinctive wide screen flame picture.

Another option for inset fires and screw-mounted to the front flange of the outer firebox is the Cool Wall Kit, designed primarily for studwork or false chimney breasts. The additional depth allows some of the heat to be vented up into the void above the firebox and then re-enter the room at a higher level. The effect is to produce a cooler wall immediately above the appliance than would otherwise be the case. The Cool Wall Kit is made in aluminised steel which can then be painted to match the decor of the room.

A Warm Air Ducting kit is available for the Studio inset models which includes two 3 metre lengths of flexible ducting, allowing you to heat up to two other living spaces. The Studio 3 has four ports so you can even add two kits if required, providing heat for up to four additional rooms.

An optional 10˚ Angled Flue Outlet for the Studio Insets offers greater installation flexibility and ease, especially in larger openings with deeper lintels.

The Stovax Studio range also includes four freestanding models (500, 1 2 & 3) which can be hearth or bench mounted.

Alternatively the Studio can be fitted flush with the finished wall surface with an Edge kit for a more minimalist ‘clean edge’ appearance. The Edge + includes a decorative slim frame that fits over the finished installation opening. The Studio 500 inset has been specifically designed to fit into a standard 22” British fireplace opening without any additional building work.

The Ecodesign Stovax Studio Profil inset fire features ultra contemporary styling that fits in perfectly with all modern interiors. The Studio Profil is finished in Metallic Black.

Alternatively the Studio can be fitted with an Edge kit for a more minimalist appearance. The Studio 500 inset has been specifically designed to fit into a standard 22” British fireplace opening without any additional building work.

The Ecodesign Stovax Studio Edge inset fire is for those who require minimalist modern perfection. This contemporary wood burning fire has a seamless no-frame design, allowing your home’s interior to frame and enhance the roaring flames. Combine this with the optional fan-assisted convection system and you can boost the flow of heat into your room whilst providing a beautiful focal point.

As a continuation from the Stovax Studio Edge, the Edge+ inset wood burning fire provides a similarly frameless ‘hole in the wall’ fire look, yet offers the additional benefit of a more simplified finishing process.

A slim profile decorative frame, crafted from 1mm thick steel, overlays the finished wall surface and provides a perfectly crisp finish around the installation opening.

With a complementary Matt Black finish, the Studio Edge + inset fire is a sophisticated and functional styling option that simply lets the Studio’s impressive wood burning flame picture provide all the aesthetic appeal!

The Edge/Edge + Kit can be screw-mounted to the front flange of the outer firebox of any Studio inset fire. The L-shaped attachments provide a 34/44.5mm† return against which high temperature plasterboard/screed can be butted up for the ‘clean edge’ look. The Edge Kit is made in aluminised steel which can then be painted to match the decor of the room. Once installed, Edge kits are flush with the finished wall surface. The Edge + includes a decorative slim frame that fits over the finished installation opening.

†34mm Studio 500, 1 & 2 / 44.5mm Studio 3.

Another option for inset fires and screw-mounted to the front flange of the outer firebox is the U-shaped attachments of the Cool Wall Kit, designed primarily for studwork or false chimney breasts. Edge Cool Wall kits are recessed 28mm (Studio 500, 1 & 2) or 13mm (Studio 3) from the finished surface.

A Warm Air Ducting kit is available for the Studio inset models which includes two 3 metre lengths of flexible ducting, allowing you to heat up to two other living spaces. The Studio 3 has four ports so you can even add two kits if required, providing heat for up to four additional rooms.

Steel Bench

To assist designers and homeowners in creating an adaptable alternative to the ‘on hearth’ mounting of contemporary stoves, Stovax offers several sizes of Bench to which the stoves may be secured.

Standing 250 or 350mm high with 60mm wide legs and a sturdy steel construction, you can not only match the Bench to the space available but also accommodate individual styling requirements. For example, appliances can be positioned centrally on the Bench or offset to one side. Finished in a durable Matt Black the steel Benches can provide either the perfect complement or create a striking contrast depending on your stove colour choice.

Key Features:

Vogue Small T

Vogue Wood Burning & Multi-fuel Stoves Range:

Overview:

Presenting a stunning view of the flames, Stovax Vogue models feature a signature bevelled cast iron door with an expansive glass viewing window, kept clear by the powerful Airwash system that also aids the range’s high levels of combustion efficiency.

This T version of the Stovax Vogue Small wood burning stove offers the same small size but provides a taller, portrait flame view. Vogue stoves can be increased in height with either of the optional Plinth or Midline log store bases, in addition to Stovax’s choice of stove benches.

The Vogue range is compliant with future Ecodesign efficiency and emission targets, and is also DEFRA Smoke Control Zone exempt, meaning these stoves can be enjoyed in either rural and urban settings.

All models in the Vogue range benefit from a host of mounting choices including either a Plinth, Midline log store or one of the Stovax stove benches.
