The G70/44S is a three-sided closed gas fire offering maximum visibility of the fire. The frameless glass panel bends around the fire, giving an expansive and unimpeded view from three sides. Whatever the style of interior, the three-sided model always attracts attention, enjoying observers to enjoy the realistic play of the fire from practically any location in the room. The Kalfire G-range offers a choice of three-sided gas fires in various glass sizes in landscape proportions.

Kalfire’s closed gas fires stand out for their clean, streamlined design, free of a distracting metal frame around the glass. This offers a clear view of the fire from all angles. The full range covers front-facing, corner, three-sided, double-sided tunnel and three-sided tunnel or room-dividing models.

The G-range incorporates a 3D burner, an innovation designed and developed by Kalfire. Compared with the high blazing fire created by the Prestige burner (GP-range), the 3D burner allows a long bed of flames in an elongated, horizontal fireplace (up to 170cm in width) that suits contemporary interiors perfectly. A closed gas fireplace equipped with a 3D burner produces flames that are virtually indistinguishable from those of a wood fire.

Kalfire offers lots of options to personalise each gas fire according to interior décor and taste. The interior of a fireplace is a key element of its style, impacting its appearance even when it is not in use. As a backdrop to the fire, it can provide contrast or even reflect and amplify the play of the flames. Kalfire closed gas fires offer a choice of three different types of interior: the standard is a minimalist interior with a flat surface. Alternatives include black ceramic glass or a ridged design. Fireplaces with a 3D burner are supplied with a ceramic log set as standard, but it is also possible to choose an exclusive log set or a bed of cryptonite, white or grey stones.

The iMatch remote control supplied as standard with every model allows control of the gas fire with ease. There are eight standard settings to control on/off and adjustment of flame height plus a special ECO setting; this energy saving setting automatically makes the flame level fluctuate, which considerably reduces gas consumption by up to 40% compared with the highest setting.

Kalfire gas fires also have an option of including a receiver that works in tandem with a free downloadable Kalfire iMatch application, allowing control of the gas fire from a smartphone or tablet. This can also be integrated into a home automation (domotics) system.
